The number of steaks and roast in the starter pack depends on the actual weight of the animal, but you are guaranteed a minimum of these weights.
4 pounds of steak (Ribeye and T bone, 2 steaks per package)
5 pounds of roast (Chuck and Rump)
10 pounds of ground beef (1 pound tubes)
4 pounds of burgers (1/3 pound patties)
1 pack of hot dogs or 2 packs of snack sticks
EXAMPLE:
(2) 12-14 oz Ribeye
(2) 16-20 oz T bone or Porterhouse
*If the ribeyes are a bit small, you may also receive a pack of tenderloin
(1) 2 pound Rump Roast
(1) 3 pound Chuck Roast
(10) pounds of ground beef tubes
(2) packs of 1/3 pound Burgers (6 patties per pack)
(1) pack of hot dogs
*or two packs of snack sticks, depending on availability
