Refund Policy
All Sales Are Final – Thank You for Understanding
At Kenneke Farms, we pour our heart into raising healthy animals and providing our community with high-quality, locally sourced meat. Because our products are perishable and processed specifically for each individual order, we’re not able to offer refunds or accept returns. Once an order is reserved, processed, and packaged for you, it cannot be resold or placed back into inventory — which is why all sales are final.
Why We Don’t Offer Refunds
Buying meat directly from a farm works a little differently than picking something up at the grocery store. When you reserve a whole, half, or quarter animal, that portion is set aside just for you. Your cut choices are sent to the processor, and everything is custom prepared to your specifications. Because of this individualized process — and because food safety regulations prevent us from accepting returns — refunds simply aren’t possible. Wisconsin law allows farms like ours to set “all sales final” policies as long as they’re clearly shared, and we want to be as upfront and transparent as possible.
Our Promise to You
Even though we can’t offer refunds, we can promise this:
We work hard to make sure every order is handled with care from pasture to pickup. If something doesn’t seem right when you receive your order, please reach out to us right away. While refunds aren’t available, we’re always willing to talk through concerns and make sure your experience reflects the quality and integrity we stand behind.
Before You Order
We encourage customers to double-check cut sheets, quantities, approximate weights, and pickup details before submitting an order. If you ever have questions, we’re happy to help walk you through the process — especially if it’s your first time buying farm-direct.
