What You Get:

Cuts included: Pork chops, bacon, ham, shoulder roasts (Boston butt and picnic), tenderloin, ribs (spare ribs or baby back), sausage, ground pork, and more — basically half of everything the hog has to offer.

Perfect for families who love bacon, ribs, and roasts and want to fill their freezer with delicious, locally raised pork.

Note: Final packaged weight varies slightly depending on the size of the hog and your specific cutting and curing choices. A deposit is required to reserve your half hog, with the balance due when the meat is ready for pickup or delivery (typically 1–3 weeks after harvest).
